Privacy Policy
What This Policy Covers
This privacy policy explains how PuroClean of East Las Vegas — serving the Las Vegas, NV area from our location at 2777 N Lamb Blvd — collects, uses, and protects information you share with us when you visit purocleaneastlasvegas.com or contact us directly. We keep this plain-language so you actually understand what happens with your data.
Information We Collect
When you submit a contact form, request an estimate, or call us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. We may also collect basic, anonymized analytics data — page views, referral sources, device type — through standard website analytics tools. This data is aggregated and never tied to your identity.
We do not use tracking pixels for advertising, and we do not run retargeting campaigns.
How We Use Your Information
The information you share is used for one purpose: helping you. That means responding to your inquiry, scheduling an on-site estimate, coordinating the scope of work, and — when you authorize it — communicating with your insurance carrier to document the loss and process your claim. We will never contact your insurer without your explicit direction.
We may use your email or phone number to follow up on an open estimate or to send a single scheduling confirmation. We do not send marketing emails or add you to any mailing list without a separate, affirmative opt-in.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.
The only circumstance under which we share your data with a third party is when you authorize us to coordinate with your insurance carrier or a third-party administrator as part of your claim. In that case, we share only the documentation necessary to process the loss — photos, moisture readings, scope of work, and related records.
We may also share information if required by law or a valid legal process.
Data Retention
We retain job records — including contact information and loss documentation — for a minimum of five years to satisfy contractor recordkeeping requirements under Nevada state regulations and to support any warranty or follow-up service needs. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of the analytics platform in use, typically no longer than 26 months.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of that information (we do not sell data, but the right stands). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the information below.
Visitors from outside the United States should be aware that this site is operated for a US-based local contractor. We do not specifically target EU residents, and GDPR obligations are unlikely to apply — but if you have a concern, reach out and we will address it in good faith.
Contact Us About Privacy
If you have questions about this policy, want to request access to your data, or need to report a concern, you can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (702) 551-3040. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
